Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of StreakPost (the "Service"), a software tool that writes, voices, captions and schedules short gaming news videos for social media accounts you control. By joining the waitlist, starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a subscription. You must use your own payment method. You are responsible for anything done through your account.

2. Your licence to the software

While your subscription is active, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own social media accounts. You may not resell, sublicense, copy, reverse engineer or share access to the Service, or use it to build a competing product. The software and everything we create to run it stays ours.

3. Your content and your accounts

You own the videos produced for your accounts. You give us permission to process the material you upload (such as your gameplay clips) only to make and publish those videos.
You are responsible for what is published on your accounts, including the visuals you supply. Only upload footage you have the right to use, and follow each game publisher's fan content or video policy and each platform's rules.
We do not supply, host or sell game publisher footage, artwork or trademarks. StreakPost is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher or social media platform.
Our filters try to keep leaks and story spoilers off your page, but you can review every video before it posts, and you remain responsible for the final post.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to publish leaked or pirated material, content that infringes someone else's rights, misleading or hateful content, spam, or anything that breaks the law or a platform's rules. We may pause or close accounts that do.

5. Billing

Payments are processed by Whop. The price, trial and renewal terms are shown at checkout before you pay.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Third party platforms

The Service connects to platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube through their official tools. Those platforms can change their rules or features, limit reach, or remove content at any time. We are not responsible for their decisions, and we do not promise any number of views, followers or earnings.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. We may update features or these terms; if a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it applies, and you can cancel.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost followers or account actions taken by a platform.

9. Ending your use

You can stop at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Sections 3, 8 and 10 continue to apply after your access ends.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
