You can cancel your subscription from your Whop account at any time, in one click. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
If StreakPost is not right for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund everything you have paid, no questions asked.
Monthly payments after your first week are not refunded for partial months, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. If something went wrong on our side, such as the Service not working for a long period, write to us and we will make it right.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Whop. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.
Please email us first. We answer every refund request, and it is faster for you than a bank dispute.
